Available positions:
Host - Entry Level
Hosts are the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere in person or on the phone. Managing the guest flow, reservations, answering phones, taking orders, seating and bussing tables. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Dishwasher - Entry Level
A dishwasher is responsible for maintaining sanitation standards by cleaning, washing, and drying dishes, silverware, prep and cooking equipment using an industrial machine or by hand. Maintain a clean area, dispose of waste, and support kitchen and front of house staff to ensure a steady supply of clean, sanitized tools throughout the shift.
Experienced Cook - Management Opportunity
Expertly prepares dough from scratch, manages the oven, and crafts premium pizzas in fast-paced environments. They possess strong skills in ingredient prep, inventory management, and sanitation, ensuring high-quality and consistent pizzas.
Key Responsibilities
Dough & Prep: Mix and proof dough, operate dough roller machine, prepare sauce, shred cheese and chop toppings
Pizza Production: Apply toppings precisely, and bake in rotating oven
Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, appearance, and temperature, inspecting pies before service
Oven Management: Monitor and adjust pizzas to oven temperatures and cooking decks, cleaning and maintenance to ensure proper oven performance
Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized station, adhering to strict food safety guidelines
Inventory & Speed: Track ingredient levels, minimize waste, and work efficiently during high-volume shifts
Ability to manage others and work well on a team in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to customer service
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years working as a pizza cook or in a high-volume kitchen.
Skills: Expertise in dough hydration and fermentation, proficiency with various oven types, and familiarity with diverse pizza styles
Certifications: ServSafe certification
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items (e.x. flour sacks)
